When a person experiences stress, it is influenced by several factors, one of which is the stress that arises from the social environment in interpersonal relationships (interpersonal mismatch, personal freedom, isolation), so this study aims to see the relationship between perceptions of interpersonal communication and work stress on PT employees. Work stress is the staff to get down to get to the staff, both physically and psychologically due to a mismatch between the data used or working with the employees' abilities.
